This was my first ever collaborative work with a brilliant fellow architect, Byron Atherton at JS. My first year with a new firm and my first successful major assignment with them. This is an apartment building currently standing in B-Town, New South Wales, AU. Oi!

THE M TOWER

This is a proposal design for a residential + office building development in New South Wales, AU(where I used to study, live and work). Here's a bit of the CAD work I did to show its different angles for my presentation and what it might actually look like.

CONTINUED..

The idea of the design was for people who want to keep their jobs close yet separate. The target market was for freelance professionals or artists who want to live and work in the same structure. Both the office and residential towers can accomodate studio, single and double rooms

This is what I pretty much did when I was working for a firm. Freelance work is far less complicated. Most of the projects I would take on now are residential, commercial + retail as well as medium density structures.
