Sildenafil citrate, sold under the name Viagra is the first of a new group of medication which allows adequate sexual stimulation, relaxes the blood vessels of the penis and helps erection. Sildenafil tablet should be taken once a day. The time necessary for Sildenafil to exercise its action is about half an hour. The effect is maintained for about four hours.
The effect is only obtained with a satisfactory sexual stimulation.
I want to share my experiences with Viagra. I am a healthy
43 year old 250 lb 6'2" man with the exception of erectile
dysfunction (ED). I can attain an erection on my own, I
just have trouble maintaining it for longer than 15 minutes.
I went to my doctor and while he saw no problem with me
taking Viagra, he wanted me to try other methods (therapy,

give you the good and the bad.
Best Dosage
I have found that 50mg works best for me. Twenty five mg
did nothing noticeable and 100mg gave me a very bad
headache. It's most cost effective to purchase 100mg
pills and split them.
Good Effects
Erections lasting 2-3 hours. Woohoo! Not only that I was
able to climax but 4 hours later (wife woke me up cause
she wanted more) I was able to resume sexual
activity with an erection lasting more than 30 minutes.
One 50mg dose allowed me to achieve and maintain
erections over a seven hour period. Amazing.
Bad Effects
Viagra lowers your blood pressure. My neck and ears
become red and hot to the touch. I occasionally get
the "sweats" and feel a thumping in my chest.
I have not experienced vision blurring or seeing a
blue tint over everything.
These effects have NOT diminished with usage.
My Perfect Plan
Being a scorpio I plan just about every interlude I
participate in. So the days that I know I'll be using
Viagra I go through a ritual.
I usually have a heavier than normal lunch
2-3 hours later I have a meal replacement bar,
energy drink or piece of fruit
dinner is lighter than usual
1 hour after dinner I pop the pill
half an hour to 1 hour later I initiate foreplay
Note: In case you weren't aware, Viagra will only work
if there is sexual stimulation. If you take Viagra and
wait around for an erection without so much as a
stiff wind blowing on you... you will be waiting for
a long time.
So, half an hour after taking the pill, you should be
into the petting or foreplay mode.
If you are considering using Viagra or any other
medication, se your doctor first. Question him/her.
If you are too embarrassed to fill your prescription,
then order online.
There is no reason to live with ED any longer.
