I have put up a few images, though I'm still to get my Berlin photos back from the school. They'll get here eventually, though.
I'm going to slowly move across to here from DeviantArt, I think. I'll gradually start keeping the occasional photo exclusive to Humble Voice, and eventually only really have my DeviantArt account for buying prints and keeping up to date with friends and other people's artwork.
The reason? DeviantArt is an incredible community, but I feel there are just too many people who simply upload their 5-minutes-in-paint "artwork" and clog bandwidth. I don't want to sound like an arrogant bastard, but believe me, I know that I'm far from good, but at least effort goes in to the photos I take, and I'm extremely selective with my uploads. What you see here is the best work I am capable of at the moment and photos that have significance to me, like Smudge, my first really successful photo, and Rory, my nephew. DeviantArt need to put measures in place to stop people 1) uploading other people's work and 2) uploading crap. The majority of art on DeviantArt is crappy self-portraits, anime fanart and basically crappy MSpaint jobs. As I haven't seen anything near those low standards here, I'm going to move across.
Besides, the design is better here, and there's a higher chance of decent recognition, there being a much smaller number of members on Humble Voice. And though they might not admit it, every artist wants some form of recognition and a degree of fame, and I'm no different. I just might have to improve a bit first.
So expect to see a lot more of me and my artwork, Humble Voice, prepare yourselves.

Loads Of Stuff On The Way Here

I'll submit loads of stuff from my trip to Berlin as soon as I get back to school and get them off the schools' macs. Until then, they're trapped, although they did manage to get in to the christmas exhibition. In other news, I also got a polaroid camera in Germany, and tomorrow, I'll be buying more film for it, so expect some crappy scans. That's all for now, see you all later.
