Yoga

I came in contact with Yoga more than twenty years ago. Along this path I explored many different styles: From the Great Fraternity’s and AnandaMarga’s to Shivananda’s. Later on, Daniela Ardalla introduced me to Ashtanga Yoga, but I reached a very superficial level. Even with those many years of exploration, it wasn’t until about 6 years ago, that I really entered fully into the practice of Hatha yoga and its philosophical, therapeutic and spiritual implications; with Noemi Ramírez (Iyengar) and Bindu de la Parra (Anusara) as trainers, in Cuernavaca, Mor. (México). After a period in which I suffered notorious physical and emotional detriment, Yoga really helped me take command of my life and become my own therapist. Later on, I met Ann Moxey, from whom I took some immersions with the purpose of reaching the Anusara Yoga teacher’s certification. Ann Moxey, certified Anusara instructor and psychologist specialized in addictions, shared with me the delight of disembodying the symbolic implication of Hindu mythology, the interest on Kashmir’s shivaism and Tantra philosophy. In addition, she resonated with my frequencies and has become an excellent friend.
