I wish my town was Suffragette City. Sounds like an amazing place from what Bowie says. Clouds pass over this city, but incessantly, almost as if they don't care. Of course, they drop their rain and move on, but there's no warmth coming from the clouds. Maybe that's why they are so inferior. Probably just jealous of the sun. I bet the sun is perfectly balanced in Suffragette City. The rays don't melodically beat down, trying to maneuver it's deadly ways and make them somewhat...pleasant. Rain falls when you want it to. A personal cloud of the right amount of rain falling on your head.
