frustration

I'd say I haven't been on in months. I've been busy and basically just forgot about the computer, which can be viewed as a good thing. I'm hoping to start coming on soon, but till then I just needed a place to vent.
here, i guess.
i guess im just frustrated with life - school, guys, friends, parents.
i can't get anything right and im just sick of being who people think i am.
but who needs to be right?
and who needs people who don't accept you?
no one.
so yeh.
just needed to vent a little.
ill probably be venting from now on.
eventually ill delete and hide and stuff like that on my blogs, but till then..

I saw the play Grease in Marshfield yesterday, and in the Director's notes, the first line is "I hate Grease" followed by a list of reasons. The third reason is "If you look closely, the message of the show is that a "good girl" must give up all her values in order to gain true love and dress like a slut while her boy gives up.... Nothing." Grease was set in 1959.
sometimes modern society is still like this. i was just having a conversation with a guy friend who brought up the topic.
here's what he has to say - "It really, REALLY gets on my nerves when men treat women like that. It's been going on for thousands of years, and it needs to stop. Men for some reason believe they can treat women like their sex objects, and then leave them. And so many girls just go along with it! They dress up for guys who wouldn't even consider dressing up for them! Also, notice that a guy who "gets around" is a "player", but a girl who "gets around" is labeled a whore! That makes absolutely no sense to me! And people see it in our society, and just accept it! I really can't stand that."
he stated it better than i probably ever could.
just a random comment on society.

ever heard of the walk for hunger. well its a 20 mile walk that raises money to help end hunger. you don't have to walk all twenty, but people try to. link: http://www.projectbread.org/site/PageServer?pagename=home_page
so i participated in the walk for hunger for the first time ever. i walked ALL 20 FREAKIN MILES!!! my legs ..kill..!! and it rained for the first five miles. my best friend quit at about 12.5 miles, so i was left with a kid named Scott, who i just became friends with. it was pretty awesome though. im going to be in pain for a week.

i was at the beach today taking pictures with my SLR, and i didn't get to finish the entire roll =[
so when i arrived home, i decided to look around the house for things i could possibly use to create a cool picture.
I FOUND A TON OF STUFF
turns out my house's got some wicked stuff... such as
-a set of headlights
-rusty scooter
-broken lawn chairs
-decaying cardboard
-tires
-a rusty locker
-an old oil can
-stair stepper from the 90s
-super old bike
-old doors
-window frames
-muffler
i haven't even checked the crawlspace yet and i know there's a wicked old radio in there.
!!YAY=]
