It's a perilous wound we navigate,
Cooling my burns in order to move thru dusk,
Sun kissing the horizon of detrimental thought,
Shadows cast that's where I'll hide.
Moving quick while your listening,following clouds till they rain.
I'll have to cover your eyes to protect myself from the dark,
Run by day,
Wallow at night,
Salt flavored moon beams raze burgundy flesh.
Stars from my eyes round your cheeks, and when I blanket you with dawn,
