Is there any one of us who has never done something which was wrong, something we are not particularly proud of? Something reprehensible which from time to time preys on our minds and burns in our conscience. Sooner or later it’s bound to happen, and it is then that we feel the need to lighten the burden by confessing.

CONFESSIONS is a series of short video confessions where different people from different countries confess to the secret vices and the wrongdoings they have committed.

They are stories which begin when the protagonists cross the line, breaking the conventions and accepted rules of society to satisfy their desires. This allows them to find a better sense of self, to feel the thrill of vitality which helps them to feel more sharply defined.

Their confessions are attempts to speak about themselves from a very human perspective, that of having erred. Between these layers of humanity arises the question about where the line should be drawn between legitimate and illicit, between moral and immoral.

Chi di noi non ha mai compiuto un'azione scorretta, che non ci rende particolarmente orgogliosi? Qualcosa di riprovevole che di tanto in tanto riaffiora tra i nostri pensieri e brucia nella coscienza. Prima o poi succede, così sentiamo il bisogno di alleggerire il nostro animo e di confessare.

CONFESSIONS è una serie di brevi racconti in video in cui persone diverse di diversi paesi confessano vizi e scorrettezze commesse nella loro vita.
Sono storie che hanno inizio laddove i loro protagonisti valicano confini prescritti da leggi costumi e convenzioni per soddisfare i loro desideri. Questo consente loro di trovare una migliore definizione di sé, di provare un brivido vitale che fa sentire più netti i loro contorni.
Le loro confessioni sono il tentativo di raccontarsi attraverso una prospettiva molto umana che è quella dell'errare. Ed è fra le pieghe della loro umanità che affiora la domanda su quale sia il confine tra lecito ed illecito, tra morale ed immorale.
