hot days

cold nights

twisted minds

big fight

sometimes you have to forget
the things you've learned

in order to begin fresh as dawn
clean as water

harder steps in my way
ain't gonna stop now

feel the breeze
share with me

stop the signs
stop the rules
stop being

you don't have to pretend that you pretend to care

and I don't have to pretend that I you seem to do it fine

cold and long mornings
windy heated nights

twisted worlds in twisted minds

and it doesn't seem to end

never ending stories
are tired
are boring
are obsolete

never starting stories
are pointless
are useless
are faded dreams

your heavy walk
and my bad taste
collide over and over again
with a pathetic prescence
that lingers and sorrounds
every space through ages

I could keep on writing
senseless stuff

and you could keep on reading
pretending that you pretend to care...

You are such a cliché..
and I'm just too kitsch to realize.

Who knows maybe someday
I'll see you.. you'll like me,
and the world as we know it will change forever.

Cause I need new eyes
to watch through the things
new things that I didn't see before
to be prepared..
to recive you with a smile.

And you..
you'll need a new pair of lips
to forget all the kisses you gave in the past.

Your lips will find the way to mine
because of the shine of my smile
and then both of us will be clean
and happy.

Cause among all the trash in the world..
cause above your clichés and my bad taste
We were able to recreate art in many different ways.

That's another of my many definitions of love:
Art between two people who care
about something bigger than themselves.
