The other day I was looking through some watercolor paintings I did a while ago and had put aside with disappointment...now after time passed I looked at them with less critical eyes. So since summer is coming I decided to post a few in my watercolours album. I also posted a kitchen art piece...something I made for my hubby on our anniversary a few weeks ago.

I was part of a group of seven artists who painted this 8ft X 8 ft board as 7 speakers and singers presented Christ's seven last words as recorded in the gospels.

Added a couple of items from my watercolor sketchbook. Sometimes you splatter alot of paint to get a few things that turn out.

Time to add something new. Look in "moments" to find a new photo gallery with a new album. I also switched an album from the first gallery of photos I made. That's not too easy...basically delete it from the old gallery and reload into a new album. Doesn't take long though.

A new album in watercolour gallery. It's acrylic on wood...so not a "real" watercolour, but it sort of fits, kinda. hehe

There are new headers on most of my pages. I scanned in a monolith I did with watercolours and added words in Photoshop. Check out the Serendipity album to see what I found when doing this scan. Sometimes you find really cool stuff when you're not even looking for it.

I added some photos and made a new album. Also added a "Something to think about..." on the archway page. I hope to change the quote frequently, but it won't be done like clockwork. That's 'cause I don't like to live by the clock...after all I'm an artist. ;o)

Mostly I take photos for reference and learning about composition. Whatever catches my eye when I have a camera available...that's what I shoot. I made a few albums and will be adding more over time.

Tonight I posted some of my scribbles in charcoal, conte crayon, and pencil. Then I tried to "clean up" my space so it's better organized. Tomorrow I better spend my evening drawing so I have something more to post.
