It's part of life   Word
Sometimes it takes so long to figure out what you are meant to do in your life. It takes a journey through twelve years of schooling and then an additional four to six years of college to even have a chance in this world today. Also, that is with the hope that you have chosen the correct pathway to a life of passion. So many times we spend countless minutes of the day focusing on what has not been completed and what should have been done. This is recipe for self destruction and a poison to the soul. Everyone should take at least five minutes a day to sit and think about what has been accomplished. It is the destiny of finding homeostasis between the positive and negative that can change one's life. As hard as it may seem, always know that everything happens for an unknown reason. One tragedy can lead to a success. Have pride in yourself and your divine presence as a human being. It is my belief that we, as human beings, have not completely perfected the adaptation of regulation of emotions. Emotions are an innate trait of human kind, which makes changing it a difficult task and burden when too many unexpected misfortunes occur simultaneously. It is the somatic experience to the stress around us that makes us human vulnerable to weak emotional regulation. Always remember that you are not alone. All people go home and cry or feel sad about issues within their lives. For some reason the topic of emotional release is kept concealed instead of shared to help others through the process. Self expression of our true feelings is the only was to save your health and sanity. This is not a message to drown in your own sorrow, but a suggestion that communication of true feelings will set you free.
