actually no i applied for criminology programs, i'm pretty sure i'm going to carleton in sept. figured i'll do design stuff on the side, i cant do one thing in all aspects of my life at the same time anyway..

lol.. thx, there are definitely tutorials out there. just google for it. i pick it up myself. ya, i use the displacement effect. u just need to create a displacement map and apply on it. it is at the filter list.
